Pearson Farms is 100% complete. There are no plans to add additional home sites to the neighborhood.

The Board of Directors is committed to making Pearson Farms the most desirable community in Frisco. The Board and our strong Committees are continually looking for ways to accomplish this. Pearson Farms currently offers residents an upscale pool facility, two lakes, multiple open park spaces, a brand new playground, and many hike/bike trails.
What are the rules and regulations within the community?
Pearson Farms believes that adherence to the rules and restrictions results in an attractive community. Residents are required to keep their homes and landscaping in excellent condition at all times. Residents are also required to obtain approval before making any modifications to the exterior of their homes or their lots. Upon closing, all buyers will be provided a full set of the governing documents for the Association, including all rules and regulations.
